Got superior room with amazing views, complimentary drinks as expected. Tea/coffee making equipment, a fridge, and glassware were a nice touch.

Loved this small hotel: outstanding food and fairly friendly staff. Booked a room with an amazing view. We had it's own balcony and double glazed windows in the room. The setting was amazing, very close to the silver and love waterfall, the Sapa express, and shops/restaurants. Furthermore, close to the market easy to walk around.

The hotel of choice in Sapa. Fairly clean and unique property with affable staff, excellent experience. Tasty and delicious breakfast for the start of the day with many options a la carte and mountainous views, as for instance.

Huge and bright room with an absolutely brilliant view on the valley and Fansipan from the window. Brilliant location in centre of Sapa, in the wonderful area.
Beds were a little hard.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. We were greeted warmly by Kim at reception, who kindly upgraded us to a stunning room with breathtaking views. We were also impressed with the little touches, like the bottle of wine in our room and the offer of free sandwiches for our journey back to Hanoi. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families looking for a top-notch accommodation.

The location was great and beautiful in a relatively quiet area, adjacent to the valley and Fansipan and the Fansipan cable car. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The room was comfortable modern and fashionable with large beds and mountain views. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Church and the railway station and the valley and Fansipan and centre. There was Delta Italian restaurant steps away from the venue. The food at the in-house restaurant was OUTSTANDING, greatly enjoyed this place.

I recently stayed at Sapa Horizon Hotel for a few nights during my trip to Vietnam. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing personal touches such as complementary tea upon arrival and even wine in the room. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the Sapa Hill station. The room itself was comfortable, and the view from our upgraded room was simply breathtaking. this was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam and we will definitely book again if we return to Sapa in the future!
Would highly recommend this hotel.
